Looking for something different? This is a country retreat. The attention to detail during the renovation of this already charming farmhouse is dazzling. The custom architectural features will impress. The cabinetry, window seats and build-ins are tucked all thru out the house. Of course, the mechanics have been maintained and updated along with the beautiful facade. The setting is bucolic. Granite steps, slate patios, courtyard, fenced in pet pasture and cute front porch surround the home. So do specimen plantings and mature trees. All of this creates the perfect place for the outdoor-zy type who lives with the luxury craver. Here they can have it all. One year home warranty comes with the purchase. Hip Boots for fly fishing are also included with purchase. Enjoy the view or catch dinner in Pickering creek located across country Rd. Be on the train or at major highway arteries in less then 15 min. 's. Yet feel like you are in paradise.

AP
Agricultural Preservation And Rural Residential District
It is the purpose of the AP, Agricultural Preservation and Rural Residential District, to foster the preservation of agriculture as an important economic activity in East Pikeland Township and to preserve viable agricultural land as an irreplaceable asset. Furthermore, it is the intent of the AP District to prevent the conflicts that can occur when residential development is allowed within areas of active agricultural operations and to permit certain compatible farm service uses and dwellings accessory to farm operations. It is also the intent of the AP District to permit single-family detached uses according to a predetermined formula so that important agricultural lands will not be reduced in area below the minimum size requirements for viable farming operations. Because other uses, although compatible with agricultural uses, may have the potential to cause conflicts with agricultural uses, such uses shall be permitted either as Conditional Uses or Special Exceptions and shall be subject to the general regulations and standards set forth in Article XVII.
