Creek House is a wonderful Adirondack style "camp" that is nestled among Rhododendrons and Evergreens. The home is constructed of frame and stone And offers an interesting flow that meanders from room to room creating numerous opportunities for your creativity. The hardwood floors are authentic and the stone fireplace adds warmth and aesthetic beauty. The solarium is basking in sunlight and has beautiful views of the flowing creek below. The barn has been converted into a spacious 2 bedroom guest house which is great for visiting guests/family or as a caretaker's apartment. There is also a separate studio apartment for the one who covets his/her privacy. Creek House has everything one would want for either a weekend retreat or full time residence. The stone walls, meandering walkways, cascading Koi pond and splashing sounds of the creek add to a serenity that is rarely captured in today's market place.

Agriculture Preservation District
The purpose of the Agriculture Preservation District is to recognize and protect the area designated as a significant agricultural area by Bucks County in its Natural Resources Plan and the areas of the Township where farming predominates. Within the District, areas with Class I through Class III agricultural soils, as defined by the U.S. Department of Agricultural Soils Survey, shall be protected in accordance with the protection standards herein established. This District recognizes that farmland is being used to produce a product and has a positive purpose in utilizing the prime agricultural soils for the benefit of the entire community. The intent of the District is also to protect the area from interference by incompatible uses. Agricultural uses within this District may have associated with them activities incompatible with residential uses. These agricultural activities may have associated with them noise, odors, and other disturbances which are part of normal farming operations but can negatively impact nearby residences. Residents of the AP District are advised that noise, odors, dust, fumes, or other disturbances associated with agricultural practices shall not be regulated by township nuisance laws.
