BEAUTIFUL CHALET AWAITS! Set on approximately 1 acre, this serene oasis offers breathtaking panoramic views and a true sense of tranquility. Thoughtfully designed with exceptional attention to detail, the home exudes timeless French farmhouse charm, enhanced by warm wood tones that create a refined yet inviting haven. Adding to its curb appeal, the front door was replaced within the last year and features a stunning French door with elegant glass inlay. Upon entering, you’re immediately drawn to the home’s distinctive architectural details. From the soaring cathedral ceiling of knotty pine tongue-and-groove planks with exposed beams to the skillfully constructed woodwork throughout, every detail reflects quality craftsmanship and a seamless blend of rustic elegance and refined design. The living room serves as the heart of the home, a warm and sophisticated space ideal for entertaining or relaxing by the original floor-to-ceiling sandstone fireplace. A dramatic wall of glass fills the room with natural light while showcasing the breathtaking views beyond. The fully renovated kitchen offers effortless farmhouse-chic appeal with crisp white shaker cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash, quartz countertops and Forno appliances accented with antique brass fixtures. A custom island with a walnut-stained butcher block top provides additional prep space, storage and a delightful breakfast bar. It flows seamlessly into the cozy dining area with built-in storage that complements the kitchen’s design. Just beyond the living room, the primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with vaulted ceilings, authentic oak flooring and generous closet space. The main-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom, accessible from both the primary bedroom and kitchen, has been fully renovated with luxury vinyl tile flooring, an updated sink and a walk-in shower with ceramic tile floors and walls. The lower level expands the home’s versatility with a spacious walkout family room featuring retro charm and a second sandstone fireplace. It can serve as a fourth bedroom, home office or playroom, full of endless possibilities. Designed with privacy in mind, the lower level also includes two additional bedrooms, a partially renovated second full bathroom and a laundry room, ideal for overnight guests or extended stays. Luxury vinyl plank flooring updates the hallway and bathroom areas. Accessed through the second bedroom, the partially finished basement (lower level two) offers ample ceiling height, a freestanding third fireplace and mechanicals. Currently used for storage, this space presents excellent potential to be finished into additional living space, complete with interior stairs and Bilco door access to the backyard. Outdoors, an expansive wrap-around Trex deck invites you to take in stunning 180-degree, million-dollar views-perfect for summer gatherings, holiday celebrations or quiet moments of tranquility. The exterior also offers exceptional functionality with an attached two-car garage added in 2024, a spacious driveway accommodating six or more vehicles and a third detached garage/workshop with a convenient lean-to shed. Completing the home is lush landscaping and lawn, enhanced by a striking stone retaining wall that adds both charm and structure. A
Agricultural Zone
The primary purpose of this zone is to promote the continuation and preservation of agricultural activities in those areas most suitable for such activities. It is further intended to protect farms of sufficient size to allow them to remain economically viable, as opposed to the creation of farmettes that are not agriculturally productive. This zone also intends to protect and stabilize the Township's viable agricultural economy by eliminating uses that are incompatible with farming, but permitting limited agricultural support businesses. Consequently, residential uses are limited, and any future inhabitants in this zone must be willing to accept the impacts associated with normal farming practices, and related businesses. Additionally, large-scale and obtrusive uses are permitted by conditional use, to separate them from the Township's population concentrations. Finally, the provisions of this zone have been specifically formulated to further the objectives of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, which provides that local zoning ordinances shall be designed to preserve prime agriculture and farmland considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use.
