Come see this Rockledge Boro beauty in the award-winning Abington school district! The ENTIRE house is nearly brand new! Four bedrooms on the second floor, a 5th bedroom on the first floor (which could be used as an office, playroom, etc. ), and yet ANOTHER large room in the mostly-finished basement! Kitchen features 42-inch cabinets and granite countertops. Two full baths -- one with a tub and one with an extra-wide stand-up shower. Fresh paint and flooring throughout. Maintenance-free exterior, and a cute yard! High-efficiency gas heat and central air (with separate zones for upstairs and downstairs). High-efficiency power-vented gas water heater. Nearly everything about this house, inside and out, was redone or replaced within the last 3 years, including all major systems and mechanicals.
