Welcome to one of the most enviable lots in Stoney Run—this charming colonial backs right up to a tranquil creek and a tree-lined backyard that feels like your own private nature escape. Inside, this bright and cheerful beauty is completely move-in ready with fresh Benjamin Moore paint, brand-new flooring throughout, and numerous thoughtful updates. The main level greets you with a spacious living and dining room combo - perfect for entertaining - and leads to an updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a black stainless appliance suite, pantry cupboard, stainless sink, and a sunny breakfast nook. Step through the new sliding doors onto a massive deck with stairs down to your paver patio and huge backyard - ideal for summer barbecues or morning coffee with the birds. The cozy family room features a gas fireplace with sleek slate surround - just the spot to curl up on chilly evenings. A convenient powder room completes this level. Upstairs, the primary suite is a total retreat, complete with custom wainscoting, ceiling fan, a generously sized walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, 5-jet Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and upgraded fixtures. Two more perfectly sized bedrooms with ceiling fans share a full hall bath and linen closet. The finished walk-out basement is a true bonus: a built-in bar with a fish tank, upgraded half bath, and plenty of space for an office, playroom, or hangout zone. Additional updates include replacement windows throughout (2019), a new roof (2020), and a new HVAC system (2021). With all the perks of a friendly neighborhood and the peaceful sounds of nature right outside your door, this home truly offers the best of both worlds. Come see it - you’ll fall in love!
