This lovingly cared-for 3-bedroom, 1-bath rancher is the definition of move-in ready—the kind of home where the big-ticket items have already been handled, offering years of peace of mind. Thoughtfully maintained and consistently updated, improvements include a newer roof (2015), updated windows (2016), 200-amp electrical service, an HVAC system with routine servicing, and a brand-new water heater installed in 2024. The kitchen has been updated, and all appliances are included, even the washer and dryer in the basement—truly an easy transition for the next owner. Hardwood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity to the home. The walk-out basement offers real future potential, with recently parged walls and floors for a clean, crisp look, plus an existing French drain that makes finishing the space a realistic option. Out back, a concrete patio provides the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining, overlooking a perfectly sized yard that’s easy to enjoy without being high maintenance. Parking is a breeze with a 1-car garage plus a 1-car carport. A one-year home warranty is also included for added confidence. While just outside the Borough of Spring City, you still get to capitalize on the borough lifestyle—sidewalk strolls, a short walk to the park and pool, quick access to Route 724, and all the nearby amenities.
