This property has a ton of potential. Located in popular Owen J Roberts school district, this twin home is very spacious and has a lot to offer for the investor or to live in. Five nice sized bedrooms gives the larger family plenty of room and a nice sized back yard makes it very desirable. Home does need some work, but with a creative mind, could definitely be worth a look. The furnace in the home is faulty. It will need to be replaced or repaired. When it was started, it blew soot throughout the vents. Property is being sold as is/where is. Seller has no knowledge of the physical characteristics of the property. Buyer is responsible for all inspections and corporate addendum will be required with accepted offer.
