This address is typically associated with a property that might feature the charm and character typical of homes in the West Chester region, which is known for its mix of historical homes and newer constructions. The area is generally peaceful, with a blend of rural and suburban elements, offering a tranquil environment while still being close to the amenities of downtown West Chester. The property might also feature ample land, given the more rural nature of this part of Pennsylvania, providing privacy and scenic views. Over 100 years this property has stayed with the same owners and is now being offered for sale! The home was built in the early 1800's and it features a spring house and a detached barn. The rear apartment was added in the 1940's. Excellent rent history and long term tenants. 1091 was rented for years by a current owner and has moved out just recently. For safety reasons the barn is visible by photos alone; work will be needed to be done to secure safety of it's future use. Installed recently was a new septic system; home on public water. Due to tenant occupied, the home is 24 hour notice to show. Let this be an investment property for you!

R-3
Residential District
It is the intent of the R-3 District, as outlined by the East Bradford Township Comprehensive Plan, to encourage medium-density residential development which is compatible with established land use patterns; located in areas of the Township which contain environmental features generally suitable for such development; and accessible to transportation systems and community facilities appropriate for such development. The R-3 District is designed to provide a transition between areas of low- and high-density residential use and encourage and promote paced development throughout the Township by permitting medium-density residential uses to fully develop in the R-3 District before the lower density areas of the Township. The R-3 District provides the flexibility of residential uses on a lot-by-lot basis as well as an open space development option that encourages the preservation of open space, surface and groundwater supplies, and soils for on-lot sewage disposal systems.
