A country rancher of generous size with 1.4 acres! This is 1000 Gebhart Rd. in Windsor Township, Red Lion Schools. Neighbors if you need it, but plenty of space to call your own. And not just outside, but inside as well with more square footage than your average rancher in the area so that nobody needs to compromise on the space they need in bedrooms or living spaces. Not only do you enjoy a living room upstairs, but the lower level features a rec room with a coal stove to make for the perfect area to retreat or even entertain friends. The lower level is conveniently walk-out to make for a great indoor-outdoor entertaining space. The bath and kitchen have been updated tastefully, but the updates aren’t just cosmetic. With the HVAC and water heater replaced within the past 4 years, and the roof less than 10 years ago, this home has a maintenance record that will ease your worries. But if you do enjoy doing your own projects, this home’s built in 2-car garage does offer a workshop space. While in the country, there’s much outside of the home to still enjoy including parks and small town amenities in Windsor such as Primo Pizza. In 10 minutes you’ll find Cape Horn Square & Windsor Commons offering many amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, and eateries. Still looking for more? In about 15 minutes you’ll find yourself in East York with even more shopping and other amenities.

A
Agricultural Zone
The primary purpose of the Agricultural Zone is to promote the continued farming and to protect the Township’s viable agricultural economy by eliminating uses that are incompatible with farming. Limited rural residences are permitted that do not contemplate a full range of public services and amenities. These areas are not planned for the extension of public utilities within the foreseeable future and do not provide for increased densities when they are used. Intensive agricultural operations, rural businesses, and other varied uses are allowed, but reviewed via the special exception approval process to assure that they remain compatible within a rural setting.
