Are you and your family ready for a "more country" neighborhood? It's the best of both worlds here— fellowship with neighbors, perhaps playmates for the kids, and about 1 acre of yard for gardening, play, and needed space. This home has a fresh, updated look and its turn-key, ready to go. If you like a home with an open feel, this main level delivers with an open kitchen and dining room area. The lower level also offers two large open spaces with possible uses as living space, an office, exercise area, or conversion to a bedroom. While the home enjoys the convenience of an attached oversized two car garage, it's the additional detached garage in the back of the property you’ll write home about. This space has been insulated and outfitted with heating and cooling to make for the most versatile space of all. This space serves as an art studio, gaming center, and home gym and can serve you and your family however you may conceive. Located in between Wrightsville and East Prospect, there’s ample small town amenities around— Take the family out to PizzaTown, and grab a coffee at Rustic Cup in East Prospect, or enjoy Wrightsville’s Burning Bridge Tavern or John Wright Restaurant on the river for a nice evening out. Sam Lewis State Park is just a short 5 minutes drive away. This is a great spot for hiking, flying a kite, letting the kids climb the rocks, or just taking in the panoramic views. Many more amenities such as supermarkets and hardware stores are just 15 minutes away in East York. Access to Route 30 is just a 7 minute drive away in Wrightsville for your York or Lancaster travels. Schedule your private showing today!

Agricultural District
The Agricultural District protects and enhances the Township’s strong agricultural heritage, farming economy and rural character, by permitting, agricultural uses and related support services and with limited exceptions, compatible, non-agricultural uses, which complement and bolster farm related activities, including limited residential development and limited public facilities. New development should not be fragmented or cause adverse effects, resulting from encroachment or mixing of incompatible development, upon prime agricultural areas and prime agricultural soils Class I-III. Therefore, nonagricultural development should be carefully planned and designed to not only foster development of new and expansion of existing agricultural land uses and related activities, but more importantly preserve prime agriculture and farm land continuity while considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use. Standards and regulations are designed for the protection and stabilization of characteristics essential for the advancement of agricultural and related enterprises. The provisions of this District regulate the siting, density, and design of development to assure the availability of reliable, safe, and adequate water supplies to support the intended land uses within the capacity of available water resources. Lands within the Agricultural District are not intended to be served with public water and sewer.
