Looking for a truly move-in ready home without breaking the bank? Here you go! Welcome to this York Twp, Dallastown Schools home, that has just been refreshed. The seller decided that her tastes might not be for everyone, so she's had the entire main floor painted and re-floored, and it's beautiful! From the new LVP flooring in the spacious living room to the roomy family room with fireplace downstairs, there's a lot to love here. There are porches front and back, and that shed would make an adorable little studio, kids play space, or just use it as a shed - it's still cute! The back yard is nearly level, so there's lots of room for fun and games outside, as well as inside.

RL
Residential-Low Density District
The purpose of the RL District is to provide low-density residential standards at maximum densities of three dwelling units per acre based on the Net Lot Area for the orderly expansion of suburban-type residential development in sections of the Township within the Urban Growth Boundary where the installation of public facilities can be supplied; to provide areas for single-family construction designed to preserve environmentally sensitive areas and open space for those who prefer to reside in such an environment; to prevent the overcrowding of land; to exclude activities not compatible with residential development; and to otherwise create conditions conducive to carrying out the purposes of this Section.
