In areas where the construction of single-family attached dwellings has already occurred and is predominant, Single-Family Attached Residential Conservation Districts are established. NONCONFORMITIES AND BLIGHT - Reduce conflict and prevent blighting caused by incompatible and insensitive development, redevelopment or infill development and poor property maintenance.; PROPERTY VALUES - Stabilize property values.
