Well cared for charmer from yesteryear - vintage architecture meets modern renovations! Late 1800s 2 story brick farmhouse used most recently as a residence but is zoned commercial business. Numerous possibilities exist - feel free to check with Upper Frederick Township. Spacious eat in kitchen, oak floor dining room and living room, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full walk up floored attic, and a basement with outside entrance. As a bonus, there's a first floor den/office, rear entry atrium, and first floor laundry facilities. An even bigger bonus, a new state of the art septic system was installed in 2017. The 1 acre combination treed and lawn lot is lovingly landscaped, plus there's a nice size shed and ample parking. And before you ask, yes. .. there is a vintage outhouse - perfect for when Uncle Ernie has had too much cider at the family picnic. Country living in a country farmhouse on a country acre. But just minutes from Zieglerville to the east and Boyertown to the west. A unique opportunity awaits!
