Solid rancher with tons of potential! Newer replacement windows, most are Certain Teed tilt-ins. Newer Hot water heater, water tank, new Heater. Propane heater in basement for back up heat. New Gutter Guards, roof is fairly new. R30 Insulation. Property's garage was converted into an in-law-suite with separate entrance, living room, bedroom and 1/2 bath. .. (bath needs work to complete). Could be converted back to a garage or additional living space for owner. Dual zone heat and electic. Home has a very large main living room, hardwood floors through out most of the house, wall oven, smooth cooktop. Property needs some cosmetic updating and is priced accordingly. Nice sized back yard!
