KINGSTOWN ROAD SPECIAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Medium Density Residential District
This district allows a residential density of up to 1.45 du per acre. Single-household detached units will be the predominant type of housing, although duplexes will be allowed by special use permit. Residential cluster developments should be considered for major subdivision proposals in this district. The lot sizes for single-household detached dwellings is 30,000 sq ft. Water service generally is available to this district, or could easily be provided.
