Medium Density Residential District
This district allows a residential density of up to 1 dwelling per acre. The minimum lot size for single-household detached dwellings is 40,000 sq ft. Residential compounds will be the preferred type of residential development because they have low visual and environmental impact and fit the rural landscape.
