If you are looking for the perfect maintenance free home that is a short walk to beach and offers plenty of room for entertaining and guests, no need to look any further. This 2-3 bedroom ranch is wonderful combination of newer construction and upgrades including a master ensuite with a new walk in shower. The spacious open floor plan with high ceilings features a great room, kitchen, and dining area separating 2-bedroom suites. The updated kitchen features all new enhancements of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high-end cabinetry. Beyond the kitchen is a mudroom between the 2-car garage and back yard access. Off the mudroom is a half bath, laundry, and bonus room that could be used as a 3rd bedroom for overflow guests, office or den. Both the dining room and master bedroom have sliding doors to a deck and porch with a pergola perfect for a spot to have your morning cup of coffee. The backyard features a fire pit and grilling area for those summer time barbecues. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is wonderful after a day at the beach. A short walk down the street brings you to historic old town Matunuck with quaint restaurants and legendary Ocean Mist. Great rental history!!

Rural Residential Low Density District
This district allows a residential density up to 0.55 dwellings per acre. The minimum lot size for single-household detached dwellings is 80,000 sq ft. These are primarily rural areas which are not served by public facilities, and in which intensive development should not occur. They are characterized by low-density residential development, large estates, agriculture and certain low intensity nonresidential activities incidental to a rural environment. Public water service may be provided, but public sewers are discouraged in favor of waste water management districts and water conservation practices. This district may also include open space, conservation lands and land unsuitable for development. Portions of this district are within the High Flood Danger HFD Overlay District.
