Immaculate one owner home in the Chapel Oaks neighborhood off of South Road near downtown Wakefield. Built by the local builder, Dan Devine in 1997, it could pass for a 2021 new build. With over an acre of land, the grounds have a nice mix of manicured landscape and wooded privacy. The wrap around covered front porch welcomes you to the front door. Enter to the open foyer to discover the spacious dining room and formal living room as well as an elegantly appointed staircase. Beautiful hardwoods and wainscoting abound. The kitchen has Whirlpool Gold stainless steel newer appliances, neutral colored quartz counters, a large island with seating for casual dining and a lovely view out back. The family room has a gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and nice large windows and a slider to the deck and stone patio. There are three generous bedrooms upstairs including a lovely master suite with a large tiled bath, soaking tub and stall shower. Another huge bonus room could be your 4th bedroom. There is another hall bath for the other three bedrooms. A generous two car garage and a full basement serve all of your storage needs. Central air conditioning, town water and sewer, vinyl siding included with this lovely home.

R40
Medium Density Residential District
This district allows a residential density of up to 1 dwelling per acre. The minimum lot size for single-household detached dwellings is 40,000 sq ft. Residential compounds will be the preferred type of residential development because they have low visual and environmental impact and fit the rural landscape. This district presently includes large estates, farms and large single-household residential lots, and the character of these lands should be maintained. Any intensive development here is not recommended. However, if major subdivision activity is proposed, cluster zoning techniques should be encouraged. Public water and public sewer service may be available but are not required. In addition, topographic and soil conditions in some portions of this district make large-scale development impractical. These areas may be environmentally sensitive and may contain much of the town's wetlands and prime agricultural areas.
