This historic cottage began life as a school (1852-1901) for children of families who farmed the land in Watch Hill in the nineteenth century. It then became Miss Stevenson's Little Shop for 34 summer seasons and closed after the Great Hurricane of 1938. The house later received an addition and became a residence. In 2013, the house was renovated exposing the vaulted ceiling and the hand hewn beams. It features two bedrooms and two baths with a small, idyllic lawn and waterviews.
