If you've been looking for something on the low end of a nice neighborhood to fix up for yourself, then look at this one! Desirable Walling Grove subdivision, with oversized lots not found in most neighborhoods. This stately home is just waiting for someone to bring it back to its former beauty. Beautiful oak trees frame the Southern style front porch, complete with a porch swing. Just inside is the large family room with fireplace, leading to a cozy sun room overlooking the natural wooded backyard. A formal dining room just beside the kitchen, plus a breakfast area. Downstairs is a full bath and laundry room. Upstairs are the owner's suite and two secondary bedrooms with full bath. The owner's bath has double vanities, plus a soaking tub and separate shower, and walk-in closet. Up stairs over the garage is a large bonus room, perfect for an office, media room, play room or 4th bedroom. Outside is a large storage building/workshop/man cave/she-shed, plus a greenhouse. T2RN
Rural Neighborhood Zone
The Rural Neighborhood T2RN Zone protects the residential character of existing communities and neighborhoods in the rural area. The district is intended to minimize non-conforming lots and provide owners of small, clustered rural lots flexibility in the use of their land. The districts are established by identifying areas with five contiguous lots of five or fewer acres. It permits subdivision of existing lots to a maximum of 1.2 units to one-acre gross density, with DHEC approval, for wastewater treatment. The district is not intended to promote tract development or to encourage rezoning. The T2 Rural Neighborhood T2RN Zone implements the Comprehensive Plan goals of preserving the rural character of portions of Beaufort County.
