LITTLE CREEK SUBDIVISION JUST ACROSS FORM FROGMORE INTERNATIONAL. A SUPER GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR DREAM HOME. CLOSE TO TOWN, SHOPPING, MEDICAL AND RESTAURANTS. JUST 20 MINUTES TO HUNTING ISLAND STATE PARK.
Lady's Island, located between downtown Beaufort and St. Helena Island, is a coastal and residential Beaufort neighborhood with tidal creeks and marsh-front views. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Sea Island Parkway corridor near the Lady’s Island Bridge, where marinas, seafood counters, and low-slung local shops set a salt-air rhythm. The Beaufort Marina and Freedom Mall act as everyday anchors for errands and waterfront routines. Housing ranges from ranch-style homes and live-oak-shaded subdivisions to newer builds near the water. Broad River landings and creek edges shape a boating-and-biking lifestyle. Sunsets over the marsh read like a daily calendar.

The Rural Neighborhood T2RN Zone protects the residential character of existing communities and neighborhoods in the rural area. The district is intended to minimize non-conforming lots and provide owners of small, clustered rural lots flexibility in the use of their land. The districts are established by identifying areas with five contiguous lots of five or fewer acres. It permits subdivision of existing lots to a maximum of 1.2 units to one-acre gross density, with DHEC approval, for wastewater treatment. The district is not intended to promote tract development or to encourage rezoning. The T2 Rural Neighborhood T2RN Zone implements the Comprehensive Plan goals of preserving the rural character of portions of Beaufort County.
