of the house and the third bedroom has a two closets, one with mechanical's. This bedroom has two entrances, it is off the kitchen and the hallway and appears to have been a dining room. The only bathroom has a pedestal lavatory and there are 13" between the edge of the sink and the corner of a closet which must be passed through to get to the tub and toilet. Screened room and deck are nice additions to the back yard which would be well suited for entertaining.
