Remarks: This is a Fannie Mae Home Path property. Pendleton Road is located just past the historic West End of Greenville and encompasses a variety of bungalows, businesses, warehouses and various residences. Our home is a craftsman style bungalow. Some updates were done at one time to the outside of the property.
