Very nice brick home with fenced back yard. Mature trees, and one is a Palmetto! Quiet neighborhood with friendly and pleasant neighbors. This has been remodeled with New Roof/Gutters, Smooth Cooktop and Oven, Carpet, some Lighting, Fresh Paint and some electrical work done. It has Pergo flooring, storm windows, refrigerator, washer & dryer, and a large storage building out back. Huge Living Room/Great Room, Updated kitchen with nice cabinetry and appliances, and a window overlooking the backyard. The formal living room is open to the kitchen, and features a NEW sliding glass door to the backyard. Fresh, clean and neutral colors throughout. Nice horseshoe driveway. This is, "move in and do nothing" condition. Participation in the Home Owners Association is voluntary, but at $10/year, (yes $10 per year) just about everyone does, look at the way everyone on this Street takes great care of their yards.
