Welcome home to 170 Barnhill Road! Enjoy the tranquility of country living coupled with the convenience of living close to town. This wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is situated on nearly 2 acres and offers a main house with a private Mother-in-law suite, HUGE storage shed, lovely pergola and more! The versatility of this home is just one reason it's so appealing. For one, it can be used as described, configured as a Mother-in-law suite. Two, it's well designed to be used as one large contiguous 4 bed, 3 bath home. Or lastly configured as an income property with a long term renter covering a portion of the mortgage! Adding to the appeal is the private pond that was once stocked with Largemouth Bass and attracts wildlife of all kinds to the property.Inside, you will find the home has been tastefully updated with wood look tile flooring, granite countertops, new carpet and the roof was recently replaced in 2017. The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept kitchen, living room, laundry room and dining area. The In-law suite offers 1 bedroom, full bathroom as well as a kitchen and living room. A large bonus room divides the two spaces and could be configured for use on the main house side OR as added square footage for the in-law suite side. Do not miss this rare opportunity to own a potential income producing property.
Very special home in pristine condition ! And it's like getting two homes for the price of one: a comfortable well decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bath home with everything you could want - and a large private suite /apartment with its' own separate entrance, eat in kitchen, living-room, bedroom and bath. This could be used as a mother-in-law suite, for a college student or teen. Between the main home and the private suite - is a large bonus / multi-purpose room that can be accessed from either 'home'. It could be used by either, both, or converted into a professional office for those who work from home. Primarily on one level, with just a few steps, provides easy access for anyone taking care of an elderly or handicapped person. This home is full of possibilities ! The home is not in a sub-division, so no restrictive covenants. Enjoy privacy and nature on a large piece of land with your own stocked pond. Drive down a country road - come home, and take out your fishing rod. And yet you are close to Summerville and Ladson, with easy access to all highways ( Ladson Rd + I26), amenities and services. There is a storage shed in the back, a covered barbeque area, and a large cement pad to park a boat, truck, or add a carport. The landscaping is immaculate, with a well for watering. This is a wonderful home that can serve many different needs, Come take a look !
