Hard to find 3 bedroom, 2 bath brick home with a garage for under $140,000. This home was updated and renovated just 2 years ago. New cabinets, new range, microwave, flooring, vinyl windows, water filtration system, and security system were all installed. A new roof and more. The house sits on a large corner lot with a large fenced back yard and shaded front yard. There is a room over the garage that could be a 4th bedroom, playroom, etc. That is not included in the sqft. The ceiling is a little low but this room is very functionable and is currently used as a bedroom. The seller would be willing to rent back for a few months if the buyer would like. Take a look and I do believe you'll be impressed.
