Amazing intracoastal waterway views to the north and south from this 3BR/2BA condo. Totally renovated in the past 2 year, kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, fixtures, HVAC, water heater…. you name it! We’ve been told that this was the original model in the complex and biggest unit in the building. One of the bedroom has an extra large extension/kick out that would be great for a large walk in closet or office space, there is a formal laundry room as well as a separate large utility closet. Kingsport is a hidden gem in Little River, the building is in excellent shape, updated elevator, outdoor pool and a recently completed huge waterway deck. Located right next to Grande Harbour Marina, where you can easily store your boat and rent jet ski’s! Looking for unmatched waterway views in a great building, you much check out this condo, sold furnished.
