Quiet sale. No sign on property. Four-unit trailer park with trailers currently in place. Seller's spouse passed and she does not want to be in the landlord business any longer. Currently three of four units are rented with income of $1,150 per month. Fourth unit needs repairs, but had also been renting for $400 per month prior to last tenant moving out. owner says each unit has its own septic system. As-is sale preferred. These units could easily rent for double what they are currently getting, meaning a monthly gross rent of $2,800 to $3,000. At owner's request, there is no sign on the property. If a buyer has serious interest, interior showings can be arranged upon request. Please do not alert tenants.
