What a great buy on this little home on 1 acre of land. 2 bedroom and 1 bath with a nice galley kitchen and living room and dinette. There is a screened porch for relaxing and watching the wildlife roam around the back yard. There is a barn on the premises that needs reconstruction but has a good frame and 2 outbuildings for storage. No HOA, horses are allowed, and this property is in one of the hottest areas of Charleston right now close to Volvo and Boeing. The commercial build up nearby is on fire with restaurants, professional services, and groceries. I-26 is also just a short distance. Call today for an appointment.
