Near Murrells Inlet's famous waterfront restaurants & close to Huntington Beach (Oceanfront) State Park & beautiful Brookgreen Gardens. Also near lots of golf courses & many types of entertainment. Only minutes from a modern hospital & doctors' offices. This home was renovated, and the following improvements were completed in 2010 and 2011. Original subflooring was replaced with plywood, laminate floor covering was then installed in liv rm and bed rms, ceramic tile was put in kitchen, hall, and bath room. Walls were redone in 5/8's drywall. Kitchen was updated with new cabinets, counter tops, sink, faucets, lighting, microwave above stove, and thermo-pane windows. An addition to liv rm was added, increasing it's size to 14x21, 4 thermo-pane windows, a new insulated door and storm door were also added to liv rm. Bath had new walls, floors, toilet, sink, cabinet, mirror and lights replaced. Heat pump was replaced at that time as well. Then in 2015 a new 9x11 covered back porch was added. A large 9x20 storage building also goes with home. This home is in excellent condition and is priced to sell, a must see.
