Close to golf courses, shopping & entertainment. And only a couple of miles from a modern hospital & doctors' offices. Community has a clubhouse & pool for residents & their guests. This is an attractive lakefront home in a beautiful setting, has a covered rear deck and wooden walkway leading to additional decking at the lakes edge. Home was remodeled in December of 2013, new T & G sub flooring was installed in every room, then solid bamboo flooring was installed over all the new sub flooring. Kitchen and bath were also updated, both had new Ikea cabinets installed, and both had new sinks & faucets installed plus a new toilet and walk in shower in bath. A new front door and rear sliding glass door were installed and home was painted inside & out. Some new lighting was put in and some walls were redone with sheet rock. This is a solid home, would make a great vacation or full time home.
