NO HOA!!!!!! Okay to have your boat...camper...or Animals on your property...You do not need to ask permission. Want some goats....chickens or horses? ...No need to ask...Just bring them!!The property is just 5 minutes to Volvo...10 Minutes to I-26...15 Minutes to Summerville...30 Minutes to I-526 and 45 minutes to downtown Charleston. The property is very private and when on your 3.35 acres you do not have anyone in front or behind you and the homes on each side are hidden from view. Can you believe that you even have your own pond on your property that can be expanded if you choose. This is a 4 bedroom home (including a bedroom/man cave/office over the garage) You could easily add a bathroom and have a private living area for family or to rent as an Air B&B. Whenyou approach the front of the home you will be impressed with the exterior covered porch that wraps around 3 sides of the property. This is country living at it's best. As you enter the home you are immediately impressed with the open floor plan...Hardwood floors and Cathedral Ceiling. To the rear of the home is a sun room that overlooks the above ground pool and also has a covered rear porch. This is a custom built home by the current owners and even has insulation in all the interior walls!!!!...It's really well built!!! Make an appointment today.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

FLEX1
Agricultural District
A significant portion of the county's land area is used for agricultural, forestry, and agricultural/residential purposes. These areas represent the county's rural landscape and historic character of Berkeley County. The viability of agricultural operations and production is contingent upon their protection from incompatible land uses and development. Additionally, premature conversion of these lands to accommodate urban and suburban development increases the demand for costly public infrastructure. The Flex1 agricultural district is intended to implement the land use goals of the agriculture and resource conservation areas within rural areas in the unincorporated portions of Berkeley County.; This district is intended to: Preserve agricultural activities as a primary use, but to allow residential development as a secondary use.; Manage growth to protect agricultural land and land uses from development pressures to avoid increasing demands for road improvements and public infrastructure; Provide standards to control the intensity of development in rural areas of sensitive natural and historical resources.; Preserve wetlands, watercourses and other significant natural resource areas, and to preserve the scenic quality of the landscape; Preserve and protect the rural residential character of specific areas within the county.; Ensure that the cultural integrity of the county's historical resources is protected.; Protect these areas from infiltration of incompatible land uses.
