Wonderful brick ranch home that has just undergone a total facelift. Freshly painted inside & out, new 30 yr architectural shingle roof, new vinyl windows, new garage doors, new appliances, new floor covering, etc. This home is a MUST SEE. Located in the very popular IRONGATE neighborhood which has a community pool. Some of the special features of this home are a 2 car garage, deck, fireplace, eat-in kitchen, separate dining room and VERY large shaded backyard. There is also a FROG in this house (the 4th bedroom) that is heated & cooled (the sq ft is included in the total sq ft). House is in good condition but there are a few minor things left to be done (such as kitchen countertop/sink and new master bathroom countertop/sink). The Seller is willing to give the Buyer $2000 back at closing with a FULL price offer that closes ON or BEFORE 10/28/05 so that Buyer may complete the minor items and choose own countertops/sinks or use the money towards closing costs. *** Buyer to verify age, sq ft, lot size, schools, acreage, etc. Sellers disclosure will not be provided as the seller has not lived in the property. Listing agent has a financial interest in this property.***
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
