This adorable all brick, ranch-style house located in Quail Arbor, one of Summerville's well established neighborhoods, won't last long! Assigned to Dorchester II School District, this 3 bedroom /2 bath home has been updated and upgraded and is ready to move in. Here are just some of the things that the sellers have done since they moved in: total renovation of the two bathrooms, all new energy efficient exterior windows (except the glassed in porch), updated electrical, new plumbing, addition of a dishwasher, painted cabinets, added updated hardware, beautiful poured concrete countertops, fresh paint in every room and electric arms for the driveway gate to making parking a breeze. Just prior to their purchase of the home, the family room and dining room floors were refinished, the shingles replaced and the walls and ceilings were painted. The floor plan features a large family/living room and a separate dining room complete with a large built in cabinet. The kitchen is central in the house, perfect for entertaining, and features stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has an eat in area, too. To the rear of the house is an additional 234 sq feet that is NOT included in the living space. It includes a wood burning fireplace and is carpeted with indoor/outdoor carpet. The backyard is huge and fenced in. It included a tree house, a workshop with electricity and a 2 car carport. Come see it! Quail Arbor features a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and recycling pick up. The owners have a transferable termite bond with Terminex. The new windows have a life time guarantee.
