Move in Ready is the first thought that comes to mind when you enter into 111 Rosa St. The seller has taken tremendous care in improving this home and has the documents in hand to prove the professional trades who have done the work. This home received in 2005 new 30-year roofing shingles and replaced all of the windows with Low E glass in 2006. There are newly wrapped vinyl soffits from 2002 and an HVAC unit from 2003. And to top it off the seller is providing a clear CL-100 with a transferable termite bond and a 1 yr AHS policy. Really what else could you ask for? Perhaps you will be more impressed with the wood floors throughout the hallway, living room and all three bedrooms. Raised six panel doors with new dark hardware are found throughout the interior and plantation shutters are located in the two front bedrooms. The second bedroom has designer raised panel closet doors. The Master bedroom is located on the back of the house for privacy with an elegant mirrored closet door and its own half bath with a ceramic tiled floor. The hall bath been updated with chrome fixtures and a white beaded board vanity. The eat in kitchen becomes an optional family room with it's living space measuring 11x13 plus square feet. The garage has been left a garage and has been freshly painted to allow you to design your own workspace and tool placement.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
