What a deal!Purchase a move-in ready all updated home for under $200,000.New and updated: roof, new vinyl windows and doors, H&A unit, appliances, wiring, oak floors, trim, paint and bathrooms.12x12 wooden deck.
This house needs some work and a buyer with an eye for its potential will recognize the possibilities. There are hardwood floors throughout except original tile in bathrooms and vinyl in the kitchen. Traditional ranch plan with three bedrooms, two tiled bathrooms, formal living and dining, family room and large kitchen. The garage has drop down ladder to a floored area above for some storage. This lot has a beautiful large live oak to provide shade. The water heater is gas. The HVAC is not working and we have an estimate of $4400 to replace it. Close to the Quail Arbor pool and in Dorchester II schools. There is great potential for the right buyer...yes it needs work...it is priced accordingly.
