As you drive through the countryside to arrive at the farmhouse style home, take note of the extra parking pad. Step inside the glass front door and take in the fully furnished home with an ideal floor plan. Experience how it flows perfectly and provides lake views from all of the rooms at the back of the home. The split plan has four bedrooms plus an office, offering space for all of your family members or guests. The dream kitchen, with a wine cooler, gas cooktop and built in oven, is open to the great room and has a large pantry providing plenty of storage. The garage is currently being used as a game room but could easily accommodate cars if reconfigured. For those with a Tesla, there is a charger built in ready to recharge after a day of exploring the lake region! Saving the best for last, step outside to the large deck that overlooks a fenced back yard and a flat, easy concrete walk down to the lighted fire pit and lake. Bring your lake toys and enjoy the lake life right away! The oversized covered dock can accommodate your boat on a lift and there is even a port for your jetski. Owners prefer a 12 month lease but are open to shorter terms and would discuss price based on length. Home is available starting Jan 1, 2027.
