The spacious Formal Dining Room features an antique chandelier restored from an Asheville Estate, padded, fabric covered walls and a fireplace with faux finished mantle by Greenville artist, Sarkis. The Kitchen is both beautiful and functional, designed with two Thermador wall ovens, warming drawers, a SubZero Refrigerator/Freezer and a Bosch dishwasher, and travertine tile adorns the floor and a tile backsplash, painted custom cabinetry and a cherry wood top on the island complete this French Country kitchen. Cherry was also included on the custom vent hood. An adjacent walk- in pantry and a kitchen office provide dedicated space for the kitchen essentials and household management. Additionally, an arched window above the sink opens to the Screened porch, the owner’s favorite spot, for easy servicing from the kitchen. The porch, with its limestone walls and floor, overlook the 17th tee of the golf course and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon beverage. A light filled sunroom at the end of the foyer is another favorite spot to relax and view the grounds. This comfortable room also has a fireplace with a limestone mantel.
