304 Masters Lane Ln, Bean Station, TN 37708

New construction steps away from Cherokee Lake! Completion scheduled for August. Looking for a homesite that is level? No stairs? No HOA fees and low property taxes? Well, you just found it in historic Bean Station. In 1775, pioneers Daniel Boone and William Bean first observed what is now Bean Station during a long hunting excursion, as they traversed ''The Great Indian Warpath''. After fighting in the American Revolutionary War one year later, Bean was awarded 3,000 acres in the area he previously surveyed for settlement during his excursion with Boone, becoming Bean Station. Just off Highway 11W, once known as ''The Great Indian Warpath'', sits this home. In fact, the backyard faces the ''The Great Indian Warpath. '' There are 26 lots in this community, known as Galilee Shores. This home is on the 4th largest lot. The front yard faces Cherokee Lake. The property is not lakefront, but within minutes there are several marinas and public boat launching ramps. The backyard faces the mountains and a centuries-old farm with a cabin dating back to the days of Daniel Boone. The location is exceptional. Pull out of your driveway, left on 11W, and go straight into Knoxville. Go right instead and head to Kingsport. Even though the days of going on the ''warpath'' are no longer, it's nice to know you can take that path and go to do some stuff. Bean Station, one of the earliest settled communities in Tennessee, is today considered a popular lakeside community appealing to young families, retirees, and a commuter town for the city of Morristown. Hospitals, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, schools, restaurants, theaters, and retail shops are all nearby. There is no HOA. Short-term rentals are fine. Can't use the property? Rent it out, make some money! There are no city property taxes to pay, just county taxes. Utilities are underground, public water and high-speed internet are on-site. As mentioned, the lot is a nice size, you have both a front and backyard, without the home sitting on the edge of the road. The site is as level as any that you will find in East Tennessee. The Farmhouse style architectural design is all one level. Don't let the front dormer fool you. It is there for looks only. There are no stairs to climb anywhere. None. Zilch. The entire floor plan is on one level. The 1,800 square feet of living area is all usable. The attached garage, with a side entry door, adds another 528 square feet. A total of 2,328 square feet of housing. Enter through the stone accented solid wood ''Yellowstone'' style front door and the arched beamed ceilings open floor plan immediately grabs your attention. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring is throughout. LVP is one of the most durable flooring options out there. It can withstand moisture, as well as wear and tear. Stainless steel appliance package, refrigerator, range/stove, microwave, and dishwasher will be added during the final phase of construction. French doors, with built-in blinds, lead to the covered porch and backyard. The main bedroom/bathroom features a custom walk-in tiled, pebbled shower, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Mirrors and closet clothes racks will be installed during the final construction phase. There are two additional bedrooms and an adjacent bathroom at the opposite end of the house.
