Welcome to your perfect single story country home on nearly 2 acres—no HOA, just peace, privacy, and endless possibilities! Grow your own food, and enjoy fresh eggs from your own chickens (the huge chicken coop is ready to go). This one-of-a-kind home blends history with modern comfort, featuring a charming 1919 original section full of character and a stunning 2009 addition that creates a bright, open, and flowing heart of the home. Cozy up with a good book on the large sunroom. Enjoy the ice cold AC from the 2 new AC units, endless hot water from the tankless hot water heater, peace of mind knowing under the home is encapsulated, heated floors, and many other features. The oversized garage easily fits two cars plus motorcycles, side-by-sides, or even a golf cart. In addition to the amazing home are many outbuildings that offer unlimited potential—home gym, guest quarters, office, homeschool classroom, art studio, pub, or even a home theater! You get all the perks of country living without the headache of maintaining too much land, and you are only a short drive to Bell Buckle, Shelbyville, Murfreesboro, and other towns. If you're looking for space, charm, and versatility, this is the home for you!

A-1
Agricultural-Forestry District
This district is intended to preserve space for agricultural and forestry uses which together comprise an important segment of the economy of Bedford County and to better protect these agricultural and agri-tourism economies by respecting the important cultural and economic value of our unique natural aesthetic resources. The primary intent of the A-1 District is to minimize conflicts between agricultural and forestry activities and various non-farm activities; to permit lands that are best suited for intense agricultural uses to be preserved for these suited purposes; and to prevent lands unsuitable for development of an urban or non-rural nature - due to topographic problems, location, or the inability to provide necessary urban services, from being encroached upon by these incompatible land uses. Areas assigned to the A-1 District are primarily areas where growth of an urban or non-rural nature is deemed undesirable for one or more of the reasons outlined above. Although the A-1 District is primarily a rural district, it also provides for low-density residential development with lot sizes for single-family dwellings being more restrictive than those of the other residential districts.
