Peaceful 5-acre tract on the Trousdale County side of Bethpage! Quiet country setting with mature trees and room to build the home, barndominium, or mini-farm you’ve been planning. Electric is in place, city water previously connected, and an old onsite well remains (condition unknown). Remnants of a former homestead are still visible; the structure burned in spring of 2008. A beautiful canvas for your vision with a natural tree line for privacy and wildlife. Bring your builder and walk the property to appreciate the possibilities. No Restrictions! Buyer to verify schools, zoning, acreage, survey lines, soil/site suitability for septic, utilities, and any permitting or restrictions. Selling "as-is" to settle an estate.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

A1
Agricultural District
This district is intended to preserve space for agricultural uses, which together comprise an important segment of the economy of the Town of Hartsville. The primary intent of the A-1 District is to minimize conflicts between agricultural and various nonfarm activities; to permit lands best suited for intense agricultural uses to be reserves for these suited purposes; and to prevent lands unsuitable for development of an urban or nonrural nature, due to topographic problems, location, and/or the inability to provide necessary urban services. Areas assigned to the A-1 District are primarily areas where growth of an urban or nonrural nature is deemed undesirable for one or more of the reasons outlined above.
