The home is connected to public water, but also features an incredible bonus--a pond fed by a 545 ft deep well producing approximately 27 gallons per minute when needed. The stocked pond (bass, bluegill, and catfish) creates the perfect setting for relaxing afternoons, complete with a covered fire pit area for outdoor entertaining. Step outside and you'll find resort-style amenities designed for enjoying every season. The in-ground heated pool is surrounded by a large concrete pool deck, along with a covered cabana and convenient half bath--ideal for hosting family and friends. Multiple outdoor living spaces make this home perfect for entertaining or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. Inside and out, functionality meets comfort. The main level features an oversized heated and cooled 2-car garage, while the drive-under garage is also heated and cooled and offers additional space for a workshop, gym, or storage. A detached, insulated garage with power provides the perfect spot for lawn equipment or hobby space. Nature lovers will appreciate that the property borders national forest land, offering unmatched privacy, scenic views, and direct access to hiking and exploring. An old logging trail just off the property leads to a private fishing area on the Holston River, adding even more opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Despite its peaceful, secluded setting, this home is just a short drive to Downtown Bristol, South Holston Lake, Bristol Motor Speedway, and Tri-Cities Airport (TRI)--giving you the best of both privacy and convenience. Additional highlights include a partially heated concrete driveway, tankless water heater, and a roof and appliances that are approximately 5 years old. If you've been searching for a secluded property with acreage, water features, luxury finishes, and incredible entertaining space--this one truly has it all.
