This gorgeous Cape Code in a serene setting is 5 min to downtown Clinton and 5 minutes to I-75. It is a craftsman style redo with some original hints of character. This home feels larger than 1572 sq ft as the closets are large and plenty! The attic allows for TONS of storage and could even be finished to a bonus room, more bedrooms to add square footage. There is additional storage in the basement and in the storage shed in the back yard. The Primary Bedroom is fabulous with french doors out to the deck with views for days and the bathroom equipped with a tiled walk in shower and dual vanities, dual walk-in closets, along with a private toilet. The kitchen has cabinets galore along with a bar to sit at and work or eat. The detached 1 car garage is new as it was converted from a carport to a full garage with a door and opener. So many possibilities. Buyer to verify square footage.

A-1
Agricultural-Forestry District
This district is intended to preserve space for agricultural and forestry uses which together comprise an important segment of the economy of Anderson County. The primary intent of the A-l District is to minimize conflicts between agriculture-forestry activities and various non-farm activities, to permit land best suited for intense agricultural uses to be preserved for these purposes, and to prevent lands unsuitable for development of an urban or non-rural nature, due to topographic problems, location, or the inability to provide urban services, from being encroached upon by these incompatible land uses. Areas assigned to the A-l District are primarily areas where growth of an urban or non-rural nature is deemed undesirable for one or more of the reasons outlined above.
