Wow! I literally don't know where to begin in describing the beautiful features of this home. It boasts pine flooring, vaulted ceilings, crown moulding, wainscoting, spacious rooms, custom cabinets in laundry and master bath, updated fixtures, private back yard, sunroom, screened-in porch, workshop, and MORE! Exterior was just painted and a new roof was installed. There's very little grass to mow--you just feel like you're in nature. Large hot tub in screened porch works great and does convey. There's field stone work in the dining room and a stone fireplace with propane logs in the living room. Living room and dining room are open to each other. There's a sitting room just off the large kitchen. The split bedroom design puts the master bedroom on the end of the house with the sunroom and hot tub! Sunroom was just painted and has new flooring. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house. Closets are big and there's lots of storage in the laundry room and workshop out back. I could go on and on, but the longer you read, you might miss out!! (Information taken from tax records and other sources. It is deemed reliable but should be verified. )
