One and Two Family Residential District
This district is designed to provide suitable areas for single-family and duplex residential development at medium density. Residential development will consist of single detached dwelling structures and duplexes, except when otherwise permitted as a planned unit, and other structures as are accessory thereto. This district also includes community facilities, public utilities, and open uses which serve specifically the residents of these districts, or that are benefited by an open residential environment without creating objectionable or undesirable influences upon residential developments.
