Great location with only county taxes. This home offers 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that would make a great office/playroom/baby room etc. Lovely coverer deck area that looks over the large yard and offers close range mountain views. There is a shed with electricity in the backyard and the front yard is fenced in. This is a great place to call home! Buyer to verify all info.

This home has been loved by its owner! Darling home in such a convenient location, just passed Cherokee School with no city taxes! So much to rave about and plenty of room for the family. Enjoy the nice size fenced yard and brand new covered deck. The new flooring flows through the kitchen, dining, and living room area with fresh paint. There is an outbuilding with electricity for a workshop and even more yard in the back. There is a dual thermostat to control for both levels of the home. All appliances do convey, including a new dishwasher. Newer roof and heat pump! Don't miss this one!
