Location, location, location. Cute cottage in Oak Park Historic District with tons of character and charm. This home has been updated with lots of crown mold and trim. The semi-finished attic space needs finishing touches to create a great bonus room and is not included in the current square footage.

OAK PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT
Oak Park Historic District
The Oak Park Historic District has a large concentration of extant historic structures in the City of Maryville. Since the 1940s, new construction has been limited in the district and it retains much of its original character. In order to preserve and enhance the integrity of this important area of Maryville, design guidelines specific to this district are in place to ensure historically appropriate and compatible construction.
