This is the perfect opportunity for the person looking for some wooded acreage for hunting and a place to build that dream home. This beautiful tract is mostly wooded with a smaller portion of open ground. There is a large soil site established for the installation of a septic system. Gorgeous building sites that lend themselves to a basement style home with breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Located on a quite country road, this land is ideal for getting out of town, but is still close enough to all the amenities of city life. Only minutes from Bedford Lake and Normandy Lake for the fishing expeditions or the boating excursions. Centrally located between Tullahoma, Manchester, Shelbyville and just a short drive to Interstate 24 in Beechgrove. Not looking for a permanent residence, this land would be a great place to build a weekend cabin or even to be used for a possible short term rental. Acreage tracts this size don't come on the market often.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

A-1
Agricultural-Forestry District
This district is intended to preserve space for agricultural and forestry uses which together comprise an important segment of the economy of Bedford County and to better protect these agricultural and agri-tourism economies by respecting the important cultural and economic value of our unique natural aesthetic resources. The primary intent of the A-1 District is to minimize conflicts between agricultural and forestry activities and various non-farm activities; to permit lands that are best suited for intense agricultural uses to be preserved for these suited purposes; and to prevent lands unsuitable for development of an urban or non-rural nature - due to topographic problems, location, or the inability to provide necessary urban services, from being encroached upon by these incompatible land uses. Areas assigned to the A-1 District are primarily areas where growth of an urban or non-rural nature is deemed undesirable for one or more of the reasons outlined above. Although the A-1 District is primarily a rural district, it also provides for low-density residential development with lot sizes for single-family dwellings being more restrictive than those of the other residential districts.
