Significant lender incentives through Brandon Hutcherson. One of the best values in all of Middle Tennessee—5 acres and a beautifully updated single-wide on a permanent foundation with a detached 2-car garage! The home features a spacious open floor plan with split bedrooms, abundant natural light, and extra-large rooms throughout. The primary suite is massive, complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Updates include new skirting, gutters, soffit, fascia, flooring, and new back steps with a small deck, plus many additional improvements. Most of the acreage is wooded, with a flat build site at the back of the property (per seller). The oversized garage is perfect for parking, storage, or use as a workshop. A small fenced area is already in place for pets. This property is loan-ready. Comes with an engineering report that will save the buyer hundreds of dollars. Bell & Alexander Title for seller—detitling is complete and ready to assign. A move-in-ready home on 5 private acres at this price is a rare find—don’t miss out!

AG
Agricultural District
The purpose of the AG Agricultural District is to provide for the proper utilization of those lands best suited for the production of agricultural products (such as field crops, livestock, and other conventional agricultural activities) and to control the encroachment of urban and other incompatible land uses on farm lands. This classification is designed to preserve the rural agrarian quality of the lands so delineated. No regulations contained in this section shall be construed in any way to restrict any agricultural activity; as defined in this Resolution. This district is also appropriate within environmentally sensitive areas such as floodplains and steep slopes. Low density residential uses are allowed in areas where adequate infrastructure is available to support such development.
