Tourist Commercial District
It is the purpose and intent of this district to establish areas that encourage the grouping of compatible commercial uses and tourist related uses, reduce traffic and parking congestion, and improve the aesthetic characteristics of the city. The regulations are designed to protect the general public and provide sufficient spaces for tourist related activities.
